Ticket terms

Ticket purchase and use

Tickets provide conditional admission to the event and remain subject to verification, capacity, safety and event requirements.

Tickets must be purchased through an authorised Fresh Leg sales channel or approved ticket agent. Guests are responsible for checking the event, ticket type, quantity, attendee information and contact details before completing payment.

  • Each digital ticket contains a unique verification code.
  • A ticket may be accepted only once unless the organiser expressly authorises re-entry.
  • Copied, altered, duplicated, fraudulently obtained or previously redeemed tickets may be rejected.
  • The purchaser must protect the ticket and QR code from unauthorised access.
  • Tickets may not be used for unauthorised promotions, competitions or resale activity.
  • Ticket availability and pricing must be confirmed by the checkout server before payment.

Lost or shared tickets

The organiser cannot guarantee admission when a ticket has been shared publicly, copied or used by another person first. Contact support promptly when ticket security may have been compromised.

Payment terms

Payments and transaction confirmation

A booking becomes confirmed only after the payment provider and checkout system verify a successful transaction.

Available payment methods may depend on the payment provider, customer location and technical availability. A payment attempt does not create a valid ticket until server-side confirmation is received.

  • Customers must provide accurate billing and payment information.
  • Raw card numbers, security codes and bank credentials should be entered only on the secure payment-provider page.
  • Pending, cancelled, expired or declined transactions do not represent completed bookings.
  • A payment-provider reference may be retained for transaction reconciliation and customer support.
  • Prices, fees, discounts and taxes displayed to the customer must be validated before payment creation.
  • Customers should contact support before paying again when a charge appears without a ticket.

The organiser may cancel an unpaid or expired reservation and return the associated ticket inventory for sale.

Cancellation terms

Refunds, cancellations and event changes

Refund eligibility depends on the reason for the request, the ticket terms, event status and applicable customer rights.

Unless otherwise stated during purchase, tickets are generally intended for a specific event and date. Requests based on a guest’s personal change of plans may not automatically qualify for a refund.

Event cancellation

When the organiser cancels the event and no replacement arrangement is offered, eligible customers will receive instructions regarding the available remedy.

Postponement or material change

When the date, venue or programme changes significantly, the organiser will communicate the available options through the booking contact information.

Refused entry

Refunds may be refused when entry is denied because of an invalid ticket, prohibited conduct, missing required identification or violation of event rules.

Payment error

Duplicate or incorrectly captured payments should be reported with the booking and payment-provider references so the transaction can be investigated.

Approved refunds should normally be returned using the original payment route where technically and legally possible. Processing time may depend on the payment provider and financial institution.

Admission requirements

Entry, identification and ticket verification

Admission remains subject to a valid ticket, venue capacity, guest eligibility and compliance with security requirements.

  • Present the original digital ticket with a readable QR code.
  • Provide valid identification when requested for age, identity or ticket-holder verification.
  • Allow reasonable security screening and inspection of permitted belongings.
  • Arrive within the advertised event operating period.
  • Comply with venue capacity and authorised entry instructions.
  • Do not attempt to enter using a cancelled, refunded, duplicated or previously redeemed ticket.

Gate tickets may be advertised, but availability cannot be guaranteed once venue capacity, operational or safety limits have been reached.

  • Unauthorised food, drinks or commercial products
  • Items that may interfere with security, pool safety or event operations

Refusal or removal

Authorised staff may refuse entry or remove a person for serious misconduct, aggressive behaviour, harassment, dangerous intoxication, prohibited items, ticket fraud or refusal to follow reasonable safety instructions.

Water safety

Pool use and venue safety

Pool access is conditional and may be limited or suspended whenever safety, staffing, weather or venue conditions require it.

  • Follow all instructions from lifeguards, pool personnel, venue staff and security.
  • Do not run, push, dive or engage in dangerous behaviour around the pool.
  • Do not enter restricted, closed or unsupervised water areas.
  • Guests who cannot swim safely should not enter deep-water areas.
  • Children or dependants must remain under appropriate responsible supervision.
  • Glassware and other hazardous objects are not permitted near the pool.

Event media

Photography, recording and publicity

Photography and video may occur throughout the event for security, documentation, promotion and guest-experience purposes.

By entering an event where photography is clearly taking place, guests acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in crowd, atmosphere or background images. Prominent individual promotional use should be handled with appropriate notice or permission where required.

  • Guests may take personal photographs where this does not disrupt performers, staff or other guests.
  • Commercial photography, livestreaming or professional recording requires prior approval.
  • Restricted, staff-only, security and private areas must not be recorded.
  • Guests must respect reasonable requests from people who do not wish to be photographed closely.
  • Content must not be used to harass, misrepresent or endanger another person.
  • Security recordings may be retained for incident investigation where necessary.

A guest with a specific concern about prominent event photography should contact the organiser or speak to an authorised member of staff during the event.

Inclusive attendance

Accessibility and assistance

Guests who require accessibility, mobility, communication or attendance support should contact the organiser before travelling.

  • Submit accessibility requests as early as reasonably possible.
  • Describe the practical support required without providing unnecessary medical information.
  • Confirm whether a personal assistant, accessible route or seating arrangement is required.
  • Review transport and venue-access information before departure.
  • Speak to authorised staff upon arrival when assistance has been arranged.

Available adjustments depend on the venue, event layout, safety requirements and reasonable operational capability. The organiser should communicate honestly when a requested adjustment cannot be provided.

Responsibilities

Event changes, personal property and responsibility

The organiser will take reasonable steps to operate the event safely, but guests remain responsible for their conduct, belongings and personal decisions.

  • Guests remain responsible for phones, bags, clothing and other personal belongings.
  • The programme, performers, schedule, facilities or activities may change for operational or safety reasons.
  • Temporary interruption of a specific activity does not necessarily mean the entire event is cancelled.
  • Guests must make responsible decisions regarding swimming, alcohol, transport and personal health.
  • Nothing in these policies excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Emergency, public-authority, venue, weather, security or other circumstances outside reasonable control may require changes, postponement, interruption or cancellation. The organiser will communicate material information through available official channels.
